Our 30-Day Unopened Returns Promise
If you change your mind, we accept returns of unopened, unused Striply products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price (shipping not included). We want you to feel confident ordering from us.
1. What Qualifies for a Return
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
• The product must be in its original, unopened, factory-sealed condition
• The tin and outer packaging must be intact and undamaged
• Bundles (e.g. the Daily Ritual Pack) must be returned complete — all 3 unopened tins
2. What Does NOT Qualify
• Opened or partially used tins (for food safety and product integrity)
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper storage
• Free gifts, promotional items, and items marked "Final Sale"
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong item, we will replace it or refund it at no cost to you. Email helpstriply@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will respond within 2 business days with next steps.
4. How to Start a Return
Email helpstriply@gmail.com with the subject line "Return — [Order Number]" and include:
• Your full name and order number
• The product(s) you want to return
• Reason for return (optional, but it helps us improve)
We will reply within 2 business days with the return mailing address and instructions. Do not ship the product back before receiving these instructions — unauthorized returns may not be processed.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error (wrong item, damaged item, defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, the credit may take additional time to appear on your statement.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
7. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the unopened item per the steps above and place a new order for the product you want.
8. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they enter fulfillment. Once an order has been sent to our fulfillment partner (typically within a few hours of being placed), it cannot be canceled. If you need to cancel, email helpstriply@gmail.com immediately with your order number.
9. Subscriptions
To pause, skip, or cancel a Subscribe & Save subscription, manage your subscription through your account or email helpstriply@gmail.com at least 24 hours before your next renewal date. Refunds are not available for subscription orders that have already shipped, but the unopened-returns policy above still applies.
10. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Striply is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend shipping to a secure location. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, contact the carrier first, then email helpstriply@gmail.com so we can help.
