Shipping Policy

1. Where We Ship

Striply currently ships within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not currently ship to US territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international addresses. We may expand shipping coverage in the future — sign up for our newsletter for updates.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and the carrier service selected. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your order.

From time to time we may offer free shipping promotions or thresholds. The terms of any such promotion will be displayed on the Site or in the offer itself.

3. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays). Processing includes order verification, packing, and handoff to the carrier. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves the fulfillment center.

During launches, sales, and high-volume periods (e.g. holidays), processing times may extend by 1–2 business days.

4. Delivery Time

Once shipped, US delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the carrier and your location. Total time from order to delivery is generally 4–10 business days.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Striply is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

5. Carriers

Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on destination and package size. The carrier is selected by our fulfillment partner to optimize delivery speed and reliability.

6. Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier's system after the email is sent.

7. Address Accuracy

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Striply is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, email helpstriply@gmail.com immediately. If the order has not yet entered fulfillment, we will update the address. Once an order has been sent to fulfillment, we cannot guarantee changes.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be liable for the cost of reshipment.

8. Failed Deliveries and Unclaimed Packages

If a package is undeliverable or is not claimed and is returned to our fulfillment center, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. The customer is responsible for reshipment costs in these cases.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Striply is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package:

       Check with neighbors and household members

       Look around the delivery location (porch, mailbox, side door)

       Wait 24–48 hours — packages occasionally show as delivered before they actually are

       Contact the carrier directly with the tracking number

       If the issue persists, email helpstriply@gmail.com and we will help where we can

10. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, photograph the packaging before opening if possible, and email helpstriply@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for replacement and refund details.

11. Taxes and Duties

US sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local tax rates. Tax-exempt customers should email helpstriply@gmail.com before placing an order.
