Welcome to Striply. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of striplyshop.com (the "Site") and any products purchased from it (the "Products"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase from the Site. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the payment information you provide is accurate and authorized.

Striply sells dietary supplements in oral dissolving strip format. Our statements regarding our Products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Our Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, have a medical condition, or are giving Products to a minor. Discontinue use and consult your physician if you experience any adverse reaction.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that supplement results vary by individual and that no specific outcome is guaranteed.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues.

Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and exclude shipping and applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you completed checkout.

Payment is processed through Shopify Payments and authorized payment providers. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge your selected method for the full order total, including taxes and shipping.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms, processing windows, and delivery timelines are set out in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Subscriptions

If you enroll in a subscription (e.g. Subscribe & Save), you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method on the recurring billing schedule shown at checkout, until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your account or by emailing helpstriply@gmail.com at least 24 hours before your next renewal date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the Striply name, logo, product names, copy, images, videos, and design — is owned by Striply or licensed to us and is protected by US and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

•       Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms

•       Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site

•       Submit false information at checkout or impersonate another person

•       Resell our Products without our written authorization

•       Interfere with the Site's operation or security

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STRIPLY AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations on liability, so portions of these limitations may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Striply and its owners, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Products, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of [STATE], without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Products will be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted in the English language. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

YOU AND STRIPLY EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION. Claims must be brought in your individual capacity.

Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court for disputes within that court's jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Site with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Striply regarding your use of the Site and the Products.
